Ladies’ Match Practice/Matches Monday evenings
The club fields four ladies teams: 3 six player teams and 1 four player team.
Matches take place on Monday evenings for 10 weeks starting Monday 24 April at 6.30pm.
Match practices also take place on Mondays at 6.30pm and are already taking place.

Men’s Match Practice/ Matches Thursday evenings
The club fields three men’s teams: 2 six player teams and 1 four player team. Matches take place on Thursday evenings for 10 weeks starting Thursday 27 April. Match practices also take place on Thursday evenings and have already started. All men are very welcome Contact Ross Carstairs on 07814 874986
Mixed Doubles Matches (Henderson Vase)
The club fields 3 six player teams. The Henderson Vase matches take place on Mondays starting immediately after the end of the Ladies’ matches
Club night takes place every Wednesday evening starting on Wednesday 5 April at 6.30pm. This year, as well as informal sessions organised by a senior club member every week, once a month club night will be an event run by Gavin Harkness , a level 3 coach. These clinics are free to members. All senior members and juniors who play in the senior teams are welcome to all club nights. There is no need to sign up in advance, just turn up and play.The first club night will be run by Gavin to get club night off with a bang. He will then come along the second Wednesday of the month.
Tuesday Social Tennis

Thursday afternoon Tournament
Starting on Thursday 4 May there will be fun tournament at 2pm on the first Thursday of every month. These will be handicapped tournaments so that everyone will have a variety of games against players of roughly the same standard. All senior members are welcome. Again no need to sign up in advance.
Sunday tournaments will start on Sunday 23 April at 2pm and on the third Sunday of the month thereafter. There is a £2 entry fee for these as there will be refreshments and a small prize each month. Again there is no need to sign up in advance and all senior members and juniors who play for the senior teams are welcome.
Fergus Muir Cup
This will be held on Wednesday 21 June starting at 6.30pm. This tournament is held to remember Fergus Muir who was a staunch supporter of the Tennis club as well as a keen golfer who sadly died a few years ago. His world record for the world’s longest putt still stands. To celebrate his two loves this competition consists of a round of putting followed by tennis and refreshments. The winner is the person who performs best across both putting and tennis. The entry fee is £2, no need to sign up in advance.
This will be played on Wednesday 13 September at 6.30pm. Ian is a past President and Treasurer of the club who, though he can no longer play, still takes a keen interest in the club. He donated the Palfrey Shield to encourage club members to mix. We will try to fulfil that aim. Again the entry fee is £2 and there will be refreshments after play.
North East Fife Social League
These are inter club matches which take place on Saturday afternoons over July and August, aimed at members who do not play in the Tayside leagues. Contact Simon Sanders 07714 143243

Wimbledon Club Ballot
This year the club has been allocated. 13 pairs of Wimbledon tickets which are distributed to members via a ballot run under LTA defined rules. To be eligible to enter a member must have a BTM number, opt in to the ballot on the LTA website and have paid their membership subscription by the ballot date. The deadline for this year’s ballot has passed so only members who have already registered can be entered for this year’s ballot. The draw will be held in the clubhouse on Wednesday 26 April at 8.30pm after clubnight.
Refreshments will be provided.
